Once upon a time, in a faraway land, lived two kind-hearted fairy sisters- Rosie and Lily. Rosie looked beautiful with her long brown hair and sparkling wings with a pink wand. Lily was also beautiful and had short brown hair and was very tall.
Rosie had a secret super power, that she could heal people and animals. Lily also had a superpower that she could read anyones mind.
Rosie and Lily lived in a huge castle, in the countryside. The castle had a small door with wide windows. There were stairs too. It was surrounded by a green garden.
They wanted to visit the town but were afraid of it because they heard stories from their grandmother about people being mean in the city.
They finally gathered the courage and decided to go to the city.
The city was loud and crowded. People were rushing around the streets.
Lily said, “The city doesn’t feel as scary as Granny said it would.”
People are generally nice but sad. They have so much to worry about.
After walking through the busy streets, making their way through narrow lanes and subway, they found a quiet park to rest.
Then Rosie and Lily went to the park, while they were sitting quietly there were beautiful trees, butterflies and cute children playing on the slide and swings.
Except for one boy, who was sitting alone on the bench and looked worried. Lily with her powers tried to know the reason. She read his mind, and came to know that he was worried for his Maths exam.
Lily walked up to him and said, “Always think positive and be confident.” The boy felt better and relieved. He then went to play with his friends.
At the garden an old man tripped and fell, he was in a lot of pain. Everyone gathered around him.
Rosie went quietly and touched his back and healed his pain. The old man felt better and he stopped wincing in the pain.
The two sisters felt so good helping people and making their lives better.
They reached back to the castle and were very happy that their powers could be of some use. For the first time they felt proud of their super powers.
Their first time visiting the city was enjoyable and they realized that the city is a good place.
From that day on, Rosie and Lily returned to the city every week not just to help, but to discover new friends, new places, and new ways to make the world a little brighter.
